Finn Mott is a writer and narrative strategist focused on ethical storytelling in healthcare and social impact spaces. Through Glint PB, Finn works with nonprofits, educators, and advocacy organizations that need to communicate real human experiences without sensationalism or clinical detachment. Finn’s work helps teams collect stories responsibly, translate lived experience into clear language, and build trust with the communities they serve. Finn’s background spans grant writing, workshop facilitation, and curriculum development. He designs narrative frameworks, trains staff on consent-based storytelling, and supports editorial projects that involve illness, trauma, and recovery.

Finn received the Legacy Award by Marking Marks in honor of their contributions to mental health resources and support of young people’s growth and success.
